Designer Show House - Spring 2014
The Village Improvement Association, Rehoboth Beach, DE will present its second Designer Show House
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: May 2 - 4, May 9 - 11, and May 16 - 18, 2014 from 10 am to 4 pm.
The Show House is a 1940s cottage that has undergone several transformations. It is currently a four bedroom
home with 3700 square feet of flowing spaces for gracious entertaining. The home can accommodate a large
number of family and friends when one includes the guest apartment over the garage. A welcoming front porch,
an expansive porch at the rear of the home and a lower level family room provide the perfect outdoor and rainy
day retreats.
Interior and landscape designers who will update the home are from New York City, Washington, DC and the
Delmarva region.
Tickets are $20 if purchased before April 25 and $25 thereafter. To reserve tickets call 302-227-1631 after Feb. 3,
2014.

Village Improvement Association
The Village Improvement Association (V.I.A.) is a women’s civic and charitable organization located in Rehoboth
Beach, Delaware. Since its founding in 1909, members have been harnessing their collective powers to make
enduring personal and financial contributions to the town of Rehoboth Beach, and the surrounding Cape Henlopen
District communities. The VIA is a member of the Delaware State Federation of Women’s Clubs (DSFWC) and
the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC), an international organization dedicated to community
improvement by enhancing the lives of others
