Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5K Walk/Run: Sunday, Oct. 18, Ocean City Boardwalk at the inlet. Check-in 7:30 a.m., 5K run begins at 9 a.m. and walk starts approximately 9:15 a.m. Pre-register online at www.makingstrideswalk.org/oceancitymd. Advance registration costs $35 for the 5K Participants will receive a T-shirt. Top finishers and fundraisers receive awards.

Walkers are encouraged to register on line, recruit family, friends, co-workers or join a team. Fundraise by yourself or with your team.  Most important of all, show up on Sunday, October 18 to support breast cancer survivors, pay tribute to loved ones lost  and celebrate the strides that are being made to fight back against breast cancer.
