Saturday May 11th, the Ocean City Museum Society will have its Historic Sites Tour from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Spend the day discovering the history of your favorite beach town! This event will allow you to step into the past as you tour some of Ocean City’s oldest sites. At each walk-in location, an docent will be on-site to discuss the unique history of the building. The Historic Sites Tour is a fundraiser that will help strengthen and grow the George and Suzanne Hurley Memorial Scholarship Fund.

When you purchase your tickets online early you'll be given the option to sign up for one of two guided tours of select sites included in the Historic Sites Tour. Enjoy a walk as your guide shares stories of old downtown Ocean City. This guided portion will be about an hour and half walk from the Inlet, up to City Hall on and back down the boardwalk to the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum, a mile and a half round trip of walking. This guided tour will not take you to all of the sites of the Historic Sites Tour, you will be able to visit those before or after your guided tour on your own. These 2 guided tours will fill up quickly, so be sure to purchase your tickets online soon!
