His cooking style reflects a deep passion for the coast\, with ingredients drawn fresh from our bays and fields.\n\nEach course will be perfectly paired with Italian wines selected by regionally renowned sommelier Vincenzo\, creating a dining experience as rich and layered as the waters we protect.\n\nLive Music on the Bay\n\nThroughout the evening\, guests will enjoy live New Orleans style jazz from Judd Nielsen and the Neighborhood Crew.
