We are Ocean City's second-tallest condo building, with 22 floors. All 360 of our units are directly oceanfront. We have many indoor and outdoor amenities and attractions, including an indoor and outdoor pool, ladies' and men's sauna rooms, sun room, private beach area, outdoor sports center, ice cream shop, tiki bar, arcade game room, beach store, and more. 

Our newly renovated 22nd-floor Atrium at the Golden Sands is the perfect setting for both a smaller, more intimate wedding of 50 people and larger celebrations of up to 220 guests. 

Perched on the highest point in the Ocean City skyline, the breathtaking views of the ocean from our 22nd floor offer a location that provides you and your guests with a private setting for your special day. The Golden Sands offers a number of unique indoor and outdoor spaces and amenities across the property for ceremonies, receptions, and honeymoons.
