Speaker: Jennifer Keener, Director of Worcester County’s Department of Development Review and Permitting, for a conversation about Planning & Zoning, Board of Zoning Appeals approvals, and the permitting process.

Jennifer Keener has over 20 years of experience working for Worcester County in various planning capacities, the last five years being in her current role. As the Director for DRP, Ms. Keener manages major projects such as the Comprehensive Plan and election redistricting; drafts legislation for the Zoning Code and other departments as requested; processes map amendment requests; and reviews and comments on proposed state legislation that affects Worcester County. Her team includes the building division, zoning division, liquor license division, and housing rehabilitation.
