About Us

The only traditional Ashtanga Yoga program on Maryland’s eastern shore. This studio offers three types of classes to the local area.

*Led Class every Friday - these classes are structured much like other classes in the area. We start promptly at 6am and practice the Ashtanga Yoga sequence using the traditional vinyasa count.

*Ashtanga Basics - these classes are offered on Saturdays once or twice a month. They are perfect for those curious about Ashtanga/want to learn more about the practice

*Mysore Classes - offered every Monday and Wednesday morning - these classes are unlike any other yoga class in the area. The studio is open for a three hour time block. Students arrive when convenient to them and Kristin teaches each student the sequence tailored to their body/needs and/or helps students refine their practice. Mysore class is what sets Ashtanga apart from other methods of yoga. The teacher greets and teaches each student within a group setting. It's a great way to start or deepen any yoga practice.
