Architecture firm specializing in custom homes, residential additions/renovations, and commercial and industrial construction. Veteran owned. Richard served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era as a civil engineer. He founded a 30 person firm in the Washington, DC/Baltimore and Northern Virginia areas IN 1989. In 2020 He ''retired'' from his firm and moved to Ocean City and promptly started a new firm. Richard graduated from the University of Maryland and is a registered architect in Maryland
and is a LEED AP with the US Green Building Council and has focused on sustainability and energy savings in every project since 2020 and has designed hundreds of LEED Gold certified structures.
