As a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner it is my passion to help all types of businesses improve. The improvement process is focused on a positive customer experience in both the Service and Manufacturing industries.
Improvements can be made in any business type by establishing a Lean Six Sigma process. The businesses can be in Manufacturing, Law firm, Accounting, Hotel and Motel, and other Service industries. The improvement process shall place a strong emphasis on a positive Customer Experience, P&L improvements, while having a sustained process of improvement.
