Join us for Assateague Coastal Trust’s 'Toast for the Coast', set on the beautiful shores of Isle of Wight Bay. Enjoy an unforgettable night of live music and dancing, exceptional cuisine, and wonderful company — all in celebration of the region’s incredible waterways.

A Coastal Culinary Experience

This year’s toast will feature the culinary talents of [Executive Chef Name], Executive Chef of Touch of Italy, who has crafted an extraordinary five-course farm-to-table menu (including a thoughtfully curated vegetarian option). His cooking style reflects a deep passion for the coast, with ingredients drawn fresh from our bays and fields.

Each course will be perfectly paired with Italian wines selected by regionally renowned sommelier Vincenzo, creating a dining experience as rich and layered as the waters we protect.

Live Music on the Bay

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live New Orleans–style jazz from Judd Nielsen and the Neighborhood Crew. An Eastern Shore native, Judd grew up exploring, crabbing, and fishing the very waters we gather to celebrate — making this performance especially close to home.
